41st Single Senbatsu Sousenkyou

So, since I'm a big, nah maybe not a big big, Fan of the 48 Groups I woke up pretty early at Saturday to watch the concert stream, and then of course the Election. It's one of my favorite Events each year, but absolutely nerve wrecking. I can't imagine how the girls themselves must feel. I probably wouldn't endure such a thing and wouldn't even compete.

There were a lot of surprises. Some negatives, some positives. Only talking about my own personal opinion of course~

Let's see ...

46. Kojina Yui!!! (Next Girls)

This was amazing to see. How she walked to the stage, in the process of dying. I couldn't help but laugh. But at the same time I was seriously worried that she might collapse on stage. I mean, she couldn't talk, she couldn't even breath. And then her weird eye focus. I just thought: "It's over now. Please help this girl!" lol

The best part though: "How's my face?" *puts out mirror* "It looks fine!"

I'm in the need to see her rank next year again. I should seriously help. Especially because I won't need to help Takamina anymore ;_;

09. Shimazaki Haruka (Senbatsu)

It really surprised me. I thought her Ranking would still be in Kami7 so I laughed a bit with other Fans how she'll go up on stage with her "Whatever" face, says a little "Thank You" while the other members held super long speeches, and that's it.

But when she was announced at 9 and she suddenly started crying on stage I was close to crying too. I'm not the biggest fan of her but I really like her so it hurt seeing her so devastated over her Ranking. But she mentioned how she can't go on like this and will try her best, so I can't wait to see her change.

07. Miyawaki Sakura (Senbastu / Kami7)

To tell the truth: For a second I was really afraid that Sakuratan would beat Takamina. I would have been so mad. Not on a personal matter of course, but just because it's Takamina's last Election and I wanted her to be at the top Top haha

But really congratulations to Sakura! I've had my eyes on her for a long time now, and she's the Oshi of one of my friends, so that's another thing too. I'm really happy to have her in Kami7! Her big push really helped her! I'm glad!

06. Yamamoto Sayaka (Senbatsu / Kami7)

I wanted her to rank higher. Boo. I love her to death. She was one of the girls I noticed at first when I came into the 48 groups. Next to Takamina, Acchan, and Yuko of course! But that's good :)

04. Takahashi Minami (Senbatsu / Kami7)

I'm super surprised about this! But really delighted! Every rank she didn't get called my heart beated faster and faster. At last I wanted her to be in Top 3, but 4 is good too. She jumped up so high and I'm glad that we, her Fans, got such a good result since it's her last SSK.

Her speech was amazing and I probably cried 2 litre of tears. And when Acchan came out to give her flowers ... that was the cutest thing ever. I'm in love with their friendship. I need to see Atsumina forever and ever!!!
